Stress Management

 

When you are stressed out do you:

l

Sleep excessively

l

Use medicine to relax

l

Get irritable with people around you

l

 

Shut down emotionally and just get through the

day

l

Eat too much

l

Use alcohol or drugs to unwind

l

Ignore my needs and just keep going

l

Work harder than ever to “finish”

l

Pretend there’s no problem, hope it will go away

l

 

Worry a lot and be too fearful to change

something

l

Smoke cigarettes or use caffeine for “uppers”

l

Shop to feel good or forget
