Meditation Shawls

Meditation is our doorway into the Spiritual and Sacred part of our lives. Creating your own personal "sacred space" in which to meditate or pray helps you achieve a state of peace, calmness, and serenity very quickly. Items that could be placed in your sacred space include: flowers, pictures, candles, and any items which have special meaning to you. After you have meditated in this space for a while, just simply by going there and sitting down the energy of unconditional love, peace, serenity and internal quiet return to you almost immediately.

Wrapping yourself in a beautiful shawl when you meditate also helps create these wonderful feelings. Placing a soft, silky, colorful shawl around your shoulders as you start to sit, immediately calls in the spiritual energy of the blessed space that you have created for yourself. And when you wear the shawl at other times away from your sacred space, this sense of peace is carried with you.

The "Soul’s Journey Home" shawl created by Dr. Grace and her daughter Laura are made of beautiful colors. Soft and silky to the touch they feel wonderful when wrapped around your shoulders and flow down over your clothes. They are created with love and care and are blessed by their creators for the purpose of enriching the meditation and prayer practices of those who wear them.

The shawls are various colors depending on what is available at the time. Choose from Red, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Light Blue, Indigo (dark Blue), Violet. We also have Turquoise and Pink. When you choose a color, the shawl will be predominantly that color with other complimentary colors blended in. Some shawls are a solid color. The Shawls are 88 x 45 inches approximately. We often have available matching or complimentary altar cloths measuring 44 x 44 inches approximately. All are hand washable.
