Meditation CDs

Dr. Grace has produced and recorded the first in a series of Meditation Journeys designed with the purpose of taking you through a spiritual doorway into a place of contentment, love, and serenity. She will be your guide on this incredible journey of discovery. The meditations are each about 25 minutes long.

The first meditation on this CD is entitled Breathing the Body. In it you will learn how to focus your breath on different parts of your body as you imagine your breath actually passing through various body parts. This meditation serves several purposes. First, you will practice focusing your mind. Second, as you practice breathing this way you will relax your body, mind, and emotions until with enough repetitions, all you experience is the breathing. Third, you will practice using your imagination which is crucial to performing more advanced meditations. And fourth, you will practice controlling your breath which will influence how deep your meditation experience will be. The more you practice the richer your experience will become.

The second meditation which is entitled "The Garden of Love" takes you on a journey to a beautiful garden to experience deep feelings of love. You will practice feeling love, receiving love, and giving love. Unconditional love and the joy that it brings are powerful feelings which influence how we feel about our daily lives and experiences. The more we feel unconditional love, the more we live from a place of total peace, contentment, and acceptance. Practice the feelings of love until they come to you easily and naturally.
